Biography of Minister Hope Golden
Favorite Scripture: 1 Peter 3:18 KJV - For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:
Hope and Keith Golden, are married with two children, Danny and his wife Meagan, who live in Thornton with their two children (Kendall and Keith); and Cherish, a graduate of University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
Hope was born and raised by her parents in Little Rock, Arkansas. As an adult in 1979, Hope moved to Memphis, Tennessee where she began to experience the freedom that true worship brings. Reconciled to Christ and trusting in God, she and her family moved to Boulder, Colorado in 1990 where God continues the process of sanctification.
Answering her call to the ministry in 2003, she was confirmed and licensed in 2004, and ordained in 2007 as a minister of the Gospel. She is a member of the Lowry Community Christian Church ministry team and Servant-leader of Quickened Ministries (a not-for-profit worship arts ministry). Hope is endeavoring to reach the lost and encourage the saints through a lifestyle of worship and praise, with a focus on Christian Education and evangelism.
